I have to tell. I was skeptical about progressive overload. I have never done it before. My first thoughts were how can I get my heart rate up, burn calories with doing only 6 reps ?!?! Let alone change my body!! Well, I have followed your advice and have pushed my weights. We are definitely capable of pushing more weight!! Not only have I pushed my weight, I get my heart rate up higher, I burn MORE calories!! Plus my V is SO freaking sore this week!! Thank you for being avoice in my head to push it and lift heavy sh$t!! I am so excited to see how my body changes and how strong I can get! Thank you, thank you for your freaking awesome workouts!!
