30 Day / 30 Minute - Dumbbell Challenge

4 week Dumbbell program: Monday Wednesday Friday ALL dumbbell workouts. These workouts will take about 30 minutes! You can do these workouts anywhere. We suggest having a light, medium, and heavy set of dumbbells.

Workouts each week will focus on lower body, upper body, cardio, core, glutes, and fully body exercises!
