4 week Dumbbell program: Monday - Friday ALL dumbbell workouts. These workouts will take about 45 minutes to an hour! You can do these workouts anywhere. We suggest having a light, medium, and heavy set of dumbbells.
Monday's focus is lower body
Tuesday's focus is upper body
Wednesday's focus is cardio and core
Thursday's is glute focused lower body
Friday's focus is fully body
