ALL of Shayfit Gym Classes in October-

1-hour weight lifting/functional training workout sessions.

Monday’s we do lower body focus Class times 6am-7am / 9am-10am / 6:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday HIIT class - 6pm-7pm

Wednesday’s is upper body and core- 6am-7am / 9am-10am / 6:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday's is BOOTY training circuits - 6:30pm-7:30pm

Friday's whatever isn't sore! 6am-7am / 9am-10am

Saturdays - Fully body circuit training. - 9am-10am

Once you purchase this membership for the month you will be able to come to any class you wish during the month of October.
