Nov "Follow Along" Ab & DB Challenge 2025
Alright My Friends!! NEW Shayfit Ab Challenge. This is still a 4 week Challenge but we are adding in Dumbbell "Follow Along" Workouts on Monday and Friday and then keeping the Ab workouts on Monday Wednesday and Friday! It's going to just add more to it so you see even more result and can get stronger not only in your core but in your full body.
So all you have to do is open the app, Click on the Challenge and click Play and I will lead you through the entire workout each day!
